terms of service

general

- commissions are for personal use only. artwork may be used in profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit.- i own all rights to the work. using my work to train AI or as NFTs is prohibited.- i am allowed to post the work on social media unless requested otherwise.- listed prices are the base price, and are subject to change depending on additional details/add-ons.- i am within my rights to decline a commission if the request falls under subjects i will not do.- please wait patiently for the completion of your commission. depending on its complexity and my own work schedule, this may take 1-4 days.- reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please credit @bakagishi.- wherever and whenever possible, please provide visual references.

process

- upon starting, i will send progress images of the sketch for your review (approval or revision). after receiving confirmation on the sketch, refunds may not be requested unless issued by me.- two major revisions may be requested during the sketch phase. after lineart, three minor revisions may be requested. exceeding these limits will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before i make adjustments.- once the finalized artwork is accepted, i will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. no physical product will be delivered.

payment

- payment is via ko-fi and paypal only. 50% of the total cost of your commission must be paid upfront before i start working. upon approval of the final sketch, the remaining 50% must be paid in full.- if, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, i can offer a partial refund (i will keep 25% of the original cost minimum).- please be kind. any rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior towards me will result in an immediate cancellation of the commission. you will be refunded in the event of cancellation, but i will keep 50% of the total payment.
